Event space application guidelines

Please note: Applications for all events occuring between May 1 and September 30, 2025 must be submitted by January 20, 2025.

The HRA has dedicated portions of the HRA property as year-round event spaces in order to provide Hull citizens and organizations with locations to host open-space events. Apply for short-term use of a space as follows:

  1. Read the application guidelines in order to select a space and understand the application process.

  2. Check here to see if the dates you would like to use are available.

  3. Fill out the application form and supply all of the requested information.

  4. Fill out the license agreement.
