Hull Redevelopment Authority Updates

HRA invests in Public Transportation for Hull.

Last year the HRA funded a pilot program that linked the Pemberton Ferry to the Nantasket Junction train station. This year the HRA has awarded a grant to the Hull-Nantasket Chamber of Commerce for a weekend Hull-O- Trolley service connecting the MBTA Ferry at Pemberton to the MBTA train at Nantasket Junction. Two trolleys will have regular stops within the community to ensure that visitors can travel to Hull via train or boat and leave their automobiles at home. The trolleys are also open to residents.

HRA property use for summer 2022.

The license to operate the public parking lots on the HRA property this summer has been awarded to Henry Dunn / Dunn Rite Parking, Inc.  HRA parking lots will also be open to Hull residents with a valid 2022 town parking sticker displayed on their vehicles.

In addition, the “triangle lot” at the corner of Nantasket Avenue and Water Street will be operated by the Town of Hull for residents with a valid parking sticker. The lot at the corner of Bay Street and Nantasket Avenue is leased to Nantasket Beach Resort and is for their use only.

Northeast Surfing will be the vendor/concessionaire operating at the HRA lots.

The event spaces at Hull Shore Common and The Gazebo are available for reservation by application, which can be found on the HRA website, HRA02045.com
