PLANNING STEPS:

Two way roads plan reconstruction of roadway between Edgewater and Water St. only, no need to reconfigure from Cumberlands to Edgewater;

Keep additional pavement for truck loading zone along existing curbline after Cumberlands, and parking between Monument and Edgewater;

Keep median and grass sloped area, reduce to one lane with pavement markings and parking lane between Monument and Edgewater;

Close off portion of Samoset at Veterans as promenade, as per TEC two way roads plan;

Coordinate with DCR Masterplan for Hull Shore Drive extension extra width for raised two way bike lane, shade structures, boardwalk.

Eliminate cottages along Hull Shore Drive Extension to accommodate DCR Masterplan extra width bike & pedestrian amenities;


ACTION STEPS:

Apply for driveway opening curb cut and conservation permitting ASAP for Edgewater Road Extension location for driveway egress from lots;

Phase 1 HRA can improve parcel 2 with residential/ mixed use neighborhood development within existing boundaries of property lines and existing roadways;

Phase 2 HRA can coordinate with Hull and DCR and MassDot for completion of two way roads plan between Edgewater and Water Street;

Phase 3 HRA can coordinate with Hull and create parcel 4 for potential open space improvements or hotel convention space development;
