THE HRA IS SEARCHING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Hull Redevelopment Authority (HRA) seeks a part time, independent contractor to serve as an administrative assistant to the HRA board to assist in compliance with Chapter 30B and Chapter 121B of MA General Laws. The HRA is actively engaged in writing a new Urban Renewal Plan for the HRA property in Hull. The HRA is an elected, volunteer board of 5 members and will require the successful candidate to post notices, develop requests for proposals (RFP’s) and file applications with town of Hull departments and MA compliance agencies and to report such activities at regularly held Zoom and in person meetings of the Authority. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the records and files of the HRA electronically and at the Hull town hall.
The successful candidate should be available to easily access the town of Hull for scheduled assignments and emergencies.
We seek to hire an independent contractor on an hourly basis for 5-10 hours per week.
