Hull Redevelopment Authority Information Box as published in The Hull Times on 8/8/24
The Hull Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is an elected, volunteer board of 5 members actively engaged in writing a new Urban Renewal Plan for the HRA property in Hull. We need an OPERATIONS MANAGER.
The HRA seeks a part time (5-15 hours per week) independent contractor to serve as Operations Manager reporting to the HRA board.
• Document work activities at regularly held Zoom and/or in-person meetings.
• Develop requests for Proposals (RFP’s) based upon already-vetted templates.
• File applications with Town of Hull Departments, state compliance agencies and post notices in a timey manner.
• Ensure that state, local and HRA procedures are followed, and that legal compliance and regulations are fulfilled.
• Serve as the contact between the HRA and the Property Management organizations which manage the property.
• Perform on-site property inspections and serve as the initial point of contact for vendors, leases and general inquiries.
• With a high level of detail, maintain the records and files of the HRA electronically and at Town Hall, and be available to easily access the Town of Hull for scheduled assignments and in-person interactions.
• As requested, research information and interact with Legal Counsel.
• Regularly interact with the HRA Treasurer to ensure invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.
