Use of HRA Property in 2025

All who wish to reserve use of HRA property between the dates of May 1 and September 30, 2025 must submit their applications before January 20, 2025.  

The community use of the HRA property for carnivals and other events affects the HRA's parking lot lease process. In order to create an accurate Request for Proposals for the parking lot lease, the HRA has to know before issuing its parking lot RFP what dates the property will be used for community purposes like the carnivals, beer gardens, etc.  

If you or your organization wishes to use the HRA property in that time frame, please submit your application before January 20, 2025. The application and guidelines can be found at www.hra02045.com/event-space-application.
