HRA Board -

I suggested considering:

     1) Solar Personal Rapid Transit, which can vastly cut the parking you include in plans for the HRA area, while providing views of the ocean and bay, income to the Town, and transportation to serve residents, businesses, and visitors, and leading to cutting most of the 25% of the world's carbon emissions. Enjoy the Solar Mobility Song YouTube as an introduction https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSQS4zOrWiU and see www.jods.com and www.transitx.com for more info. It is built with private investment.  Legislation has been passed that allows it on State roads like George Washington Boulevard.  More complete legislation has been filed by Senator Pat O'Conner.  Hull can decide whether to allow it on Hull streets like Nantasket Ave.

     2) A Miyawaki forest, which could be part of open space for the HRA area.  It would both be an attraction and lead to helping people support species and could protect from flooding and erosion. I included links to find out more.  Simply search online for "Miyawaki forest."  The 4000 square foot Miyawaki forest in Danehy Park in Cambridge is an example.

Thank You for your work.
